SUBTLE CUES FROM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS

Hello hello friend

Our intuition is the inner compass to feeling in alignment and on our path.

When we allow ourselves to listen to the subtle cues within and around our bodies, we begin to notice a shift in the way we interact and relate to ourselves and the world around us. We may notice that our energy flows in a more fluid and instinctual way, towards expansion rather than contraction.

The word intuition comes from the Latin words, intuitio and intueor, which respectively mean, ‘a looking at, to look in, immediate cognition.’ It’s the ultimate inner knowing - the ultimate tool when navigating the micro and macro decisions of your life.

It serves as the pathway to our blueprint, and when we intentionally shift towards listening to the intuitive hits that come through each day, our intuition can become our ultimate super power

9 seconds - that’s the amount of time in which your intuition is the main compass of your inner knowing, kicking in without any logic to try and reason with it, and opening up a path for you to step forward on and continue to strengthen.

We channel this extraordinary capability through a combination of acceptance, surrender, listening, and trust. Allowing ourselves permission to accept that we have this divine ability by surrendering to a bit of the unknown, and as we learn to *listen* to ourselves, trusting that this power has our greatest intentions in mind. Our intuition is a muscle that the practice of ritual can deepen and grow; with and in our best self.

RITUAL AS PRACTICE

A ritual, whether big or small, is a type of ceremony that is rooted in intention. It is a time to honor and observe a specific practice with an open heart in hopes of strengthening the connection to something; and creating rituals rooted in strengthening our intuition are no different.

MEDITATION

There are many different types of meditation practices, and when we sit with the intention to connect with our intuition, it allows us to tap into our inner, unfiltered, and sometimes subconscious thoughts. Our thoughts are rooted in patterns, experiences, hopes, dreams, and expectations. When we sit in stillness for these thoughts, our intuition leads us to how we live in or against the alignment of them.

EARTHING

Mother Earth has the ability to be our ultimate intuition antenna. When we pay attention to how we feel in certain parts of nature, the elements can act as a guide to where we feel the most at ease, inspired, grounded, and so forth. The practice of Earthing (also known as grounding), is the act of physically connecting with the Earth through touch and allowing ourselves to become one with its energy. This can help us establish a symbiotic relationship with Earth the planet and expand our intuitive capacity with its help.

SENTIENCE

Our body is the ultimate intuition detector. Have you ever felt full body chills when you walked into a room or felt a pit in your stomach when you’re introduced to a person you’ve never met before? That’s your intuition popping up through sentience, the feelings and sensations of your body. When you make it a practice to pay attention to these pings, you’ll be able to pick up on certain cues and signs your intuition is letting you in on.

Rituals are made potent through practice. By tapping into practices that focus on the ones above, your intuition will expand and strengthen by giving you the ability to look deeper into your inner compass, align with your highest self, and engage in a life of coherent frequencies.

I hope you take this as an invitation to root yourself in rituals in order to expand within, you deserve it.

xx
