I wanted to invite you along on this journey with me, sharing what I’ve planted in my little city garden and why.

 Because here’s the herbal tea: You don’t have to live in the middle of the forest or off the grid to connect deeply with nature (and, inevitably, yourself).

 You just need a patch of earth and some perspective.

Rock Rose - A big hug to your inner child

Positive Qualities: Invites courage, perspective, a calm sense of mind

Uses: When fearful, panicked, in extreme terror

Violet - A delicate heart opener

Positive qualities: invites spaciousness, grace, ease, radiance.

Uses: Ruled by Pluto, violets help to gently guide us towards deeper self-awareness and knowing through spirituality, while also offering protection through transitory phases. Violets are soft nd delicate, encouraging deep cleansing through surrender, rather than force.

Aster - A magnetic manifestor

Positive qualities: Harmonizing, clarifying, expansive, generous, adaptable

Uses: When feeling creatively blocked, struggling to communicate ideas or thoughts, lack of clarity or focus, isolation.

Aster Flower Essence invites endless expansion from the root up, embracing life’s experiences and living in the present moment, promoting acts of courage.

Chamomile - A soft place to land

Positive Quality: Serene, emotional balance, Soothing

Use: When you feel stressed, moody or irritable. In Energetic Anatomy, we use this to balance our throat center, giving us moment for stillness to listen to our own essence and truth, believe it or not the antidote to our souls expression is to listen.

St. John’s Wort - A remedy to let the light in

Positive qualities: protective, light, supportive

Uses: Perfect for anyone who is highly sensitive, St. John's Wort helps to invite light into anyone who feels deeply and could experience depression, melancholia, or season affective disorder.

Echinacea - A boost to your highest self

Positive qualities: alchemizing, self-actualizing, stimulating

Uses: Helps to break up patterns of thinking and acting that are keeping you stuck in place and stimulate letting go of these old patterns that no longer serve you to make progress towards your self-actualization.

Yarrow - A protective shield

Positive qualities: Luminous, compassionate, flexible

Uses: Extreme vulnerability to others and to the environment; easily depleted, overly absorbent of negative influences, psychic toxicity

A psychic shield that helps to address dis-ease at the root. Seeks to release old patterns of thinking and behaving to guide us towards our highest selves.

Angelica - A guiding light

Uses: When feeling isolated, spiritually orphaned or bereft

Angelica clears the way for divine support from our benevolent guides and helps us to embody divine light in our daily actions.

Bergamot/Bee Balm - a balancing elixir

Positive qualities: helps to balance spiritual frequencies, ground the body while also integrating spiritual energy, nervous system reset, balancing energy between heaven and earth

Uses: When you feel ungrounded, guarded or separate from other people as you make the transition to more expanded states of spiritual awareness
